A Police officer was hospitalized Sunday morning after a rollover crash.
Police in Newburgh Heights say the officer was attempting to execute a traffic stop, when his cruiser struck a patch of ice and he lost control, flipping his cruiser multiple times. It happened just before 11 this morning near East 46th Street and Independence Road.
The officer was taken to Metro Health with non-life threatening injuries.
