Gary fought a long and arduous battle against a very rare form of cancer, along with an amazing team of specialists at the Cleveland Clinic and the NIH in Bethesda, MD. We are very indebted to so many of them as well as family and friends who fought the battle alongside Gary.

At age 22, Gary joined his Father in the Jewelry business, Kleinhenz Jewelers, serving as owner and President for 35 years until transitioning the business to the Third Generation in 2017. His most significant reward was to proudly state he served three generations of families with the special gifts celebrating their most significant moments in life.

Gary’s passion from age seven was playing golf. He was a Club Champion of Avon Oaks CC in 1995 and various tournaments at Lakewood CC, but mostly simply enjoyed a round with his wife Doris or some friends.
