Cleveland Police Looking For Church Break-In Suspect

Cleveland - Cleveland Police are searching for a man they say broke into Rockhill Baptist Church on March 8th.

Officers responded to the Kinsman Road church around 1:20 am to find the back door unlocked, but no one was inside.

The pastor of the church, Timothy Tyler, met with officers and said he and a few other members phones when off a little over a hour prior due to them being connected to the alarm system. Several items were noticed missing, including a 37-inch Roku television, Dell Laptop and a RIGID sawzall. The alarm system had also been disconnected from the wall.

Surveillance video was captured of the suspect, who reportedly entered the church from a vacant building next door by putting a hole through a wall. The video also shows the suspect walking southbound on East 118th towards Kinsman. You can see that below.

If you have any information on this incident or the suspect, Cleveland Police ask you contact investigators at (216) 623-5418.
