Celebrate life! Now in its eighth year, Hospice of the Western Reserve's Walk to Remember takes place on Sunday, June 9th at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and is open to anyone wishing to celebrate the memory of a loved one and to make a difference in the lives of those who are living with a serious illness.
