GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- Play ball.

The Cleveland Indians open Cactus League exhibition play on Saturday at Goodyear Ballpark when they square off against the Cincinnati Reds. First pitch is set for 3:05 pm ET and the game can be heard on Newsradio WTAM 1100 and 106.9 FM.

Right-hander Adam Plutko will start for the Tribe.

The Indians starting lineup will look like this:

Allen - CF

Bauers - 1B

Ramirez - 3B

Naquin - RF

Joyce - DH

Luplow - LF

Perez - C

Flaherty - SS

Stamets - 2B

Indians manager Terry Francona admitted due to weather and the games starting early, some regular players may need an extra day of preparations and practice before seeing time in a Cactus League game.

Plutko, as well as Shane Bieber and Trevor Bauer will see game action immediately, however Corey Kluber, Carlos Carrasco and Mike Clevinger will not see Cactus League action until they hit the 50-pitch mark in simulated games and bullpen sessions, simply to manage their mound intensity.
