(Cleveland) - Three crew members were killed Tuesday morning, when their medical helicopter crashed in Brown Township, Southeast of Columbus.
There were no patients aboard at the time of the crash. The Bell 407 copter took off from a Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital, and was en route to Holz Meigs
Hospital at mid morning, when it lost all emergency communication. The wreckage of the copter and the remains of the three crew members were found about
two hours later. The copter was owned and operated by a contractor called 'Survival Flight.'
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
