Cleveland Browns general manager John Dorsey carried out a very good plan through trades, free agency and the NFL Draft last offseason which resulted in the franchise's biggest turnaround in history, going from 0-16 to 7-8-1.
Entering his second offseason, Dorsey can now pinpoint areas of need and weaknesses and use the nearly projected $75 million in salary cap space to land potential free agents.
