(Cuyahoga County) - Olmsted Falls police are investigating an armed robbery, where detectives say a man walked into the Discount Drug Mart on Bagley Road Monday afternoon, waved a silver handgun and left with items from the store.
Police Chief Odis Rogers says the suspect is a young African-American male with a slim build, 5 feet eight inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds. He was wearing black sweatpants, a red puffy jacket, and black hoodie.
Rogers reports the heist happened at 4:45pm, and may be connected to a similar robbery at the Drug Mart in Brunswick Hills several weeks ago. He says the thief got away with opioids.
