(Cleveland) - A Delivery Driver was killed Wednesday morning in a tragic accident while loading his truck at a shopping center in Bath Township in Summit County. The driver, for the moment, is only being identified as a 56 year old male. The incident happened at the West Market Shopping Plaza on Medina Road. According to police at the scene, the victim had loaded a hydraulic hand cart to load goods onto his truck, when the hand cart fell backward with its full load and landed on him. In addition to the police investigation, the Occupational and Safety Administration, better known as OSHA, is also investigating the incident.
As Thanskgiving is just a week away, the victim was reportedly trying to load a number of Honeybaked Hams.
