AARP-Ohio Presents "Caring for Veterans and Their Caregivers"

Cleveland -  Our veterans have served our country with pride, and AARP Ohio is proud to host their first Caring for Veterans and Their Caregivers information and resource fair on Saturday, November 12 with the Cleveland Veterans Administration.  They want to ensure that veterans and their caregivers have access to resources that help them live a healthy life.

 The resource fair will include representatives from several departments within the VA, care giving resources from AARP Ohio, and community support organizations. Walgreens will provide free flu shots for all attendees.

At 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, VA’s National Program Manager for Purchased Care, Christopher Esmurdoc, LISW-S will present information. He will be joined by Major General Tony Taguba, US Army, Retired. Their presentation will focus on caring for veterans and their care givers and will answer questions.
