(Cleveland) - Police on Friday announced the arrest of a 10-year-old boy who is accused of killing his stepmother last month.
Detectives say 36 year old Shavonne Willis, was shot and killed on E. 121st Street back in September.
Investigators originally thought their suspect was a man in his 30s, but now report a 10 year old was turned over to homicide detectives by his father.
The child is now in the county detention center. Police he was present at the time of Willis's fatal shooting, and is her stepson. The child has been arraigned on murder charges.
