(Cleveland) -- Cuyahoga County social workers are being accused of failing miserably in protecting Aniya Day-Garrett from abuse. A 21-page report by state officials found the Euclid girl's caseworkers made no effort to properly investigate abuse claims against the girl's mother and mother's boyfriend. The report followed the four-year-old girl's death earlier this year.
