After an arduous day of testimony for accuser and accused alike, it looks like the fate of Brett Kavanaugh will be passed to the Senate.
There seems to be little doubt in the sincerity of both side's remarks, but that doesn't change the fact that is no physical evidence to support either side. In a case like this, where it is his word against hers, the tie must go to the nominee.
The Senate is scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh's SCOTUS future Thursday at 1:30.
