(Cleveland) – Cleveland Hopkins International Airport did not do well in a customer satisfaction survey.
J.D. Power, which does customer satisfaction surveys of lots of major businesses, did a survey of airports, and Cleveland Hopkins ranked below average among medium-sized airports. They were compared with 20 other comparable airports. Airports in Buffalo, Indianapolis and Fort Myers were the top three. The only two ranking lower than Hopkins were airport s in San Jose and Kahulhi, Hawaii.
The top major airport was Las Vegas McCarren, and the top large airport was John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California.
