(Brook Park, Ohio) - The eight year old girl who was killed by a car that jumped a curb at a high rate of speed now has a gofundme.com site dedicated to raising money for her funeral and memorial expenses.
Khloe Mae Nida was a third grader and a cheerleader. She was playing in her aunt's backyard Saturday when the out of control vehicle ran up the home's driveway and hit her. That home is right across the street from Mary, Queen of the Apostles parish. The initial goal of the fundraising campaign, which was set up by a family member, was $10,000, though most of that goal has already been raised as of this writing.
Here is the copy and paste address to the gofundme pag for Khloe, if you would like to contribute:
The GoFundMe page has raised nearly $12,000 as of 5am Tuesday.
