Walk To End Alzheimer's at Lake Metroparks Farmpark

Walk to end Alzheimer's

Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland will be the site of the 2018 Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Sunday, September 30. Activities and registration begin at 8 a.m. The walk steps off after a brief yet meaningful Promise Garden ceremony at 10 a.m. honoring those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. The Alzheimer’s Association® is inviting local residents and businesses to join the fight to end Alzheimer’s by registering for the Walk.

Walk participants choose a one-mile or a three-mile route winding through the Farmpark. The walk calls on participants to unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions. In addition to the actual walk, participants learn about Alzheimer’s disease and how to get involved with this critical cause, from advocacy opportunities to support programs and services to clinical studies.
