(Cleveland) -- Northeast Ohio residents are being urged to prepare for heavy and steady rain this weekend. The National Weather Service says the remnants of Tropical Storm Gordon are on the way, packing an estimated two to four inches of rain. Rain is expected to start falling on Sunday and not stop until sometime Monday, increasing the risk of flooding along waterways and in some basements.
