(Parma) -- The leader of the Parma City Schools is getting a first-hand feel for the heat in several schools. Superintendent Charles Smialek [[ smee-AHL-eck ]] set up his office yesterday in a building where there is no central air conditioning to feel what students go through. Despite open windows and fans, temperatures inside that building rose to nearly 90 degrees.
