PAINESVILLE - A man accused of hitting and killing a teenage girl while driving under the influence, is expected to change his plea.
Eric Jones is scheduled to appear in a Lake County courtroom Tuesday, on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Authorities say, Jones was driving a work truck under the influence when he plowed into 17-year-old Maddisan Chase.
The North High student died at the hospital, Jones was not injured.
He originally pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to control. Jones remains behind bars in the Lake County jail.
