(AKRON) -- A judge has set bond at $2 million for the suspect accused of killing a man by running him over at a rest stop on I-77 in Summit County.

Paul D. Randall, Jr. of Dolgeville, New York, appeared in court for the first time since his Friday arrest.

"Your bond is currently set at $2 million, 10 percent," the judge explained at the brief court hearing. The intent is to keep you in jail until this case is resolved."
