(Cleveland) -- A Cleveland man is being accused of running a dogfighting ring. Robert Cook will be arraigned today on 13 dogfighting charges, as well as single counts of animal cruelty and drug possession. Police say more than a dozen dogs were seized from Cook's East 96th Street home in May, including some with cuts and scars.
