Cleveland - Cleveland police looking into a reported kidnapping and assault of a teen Thursday morning.
A 13-year-old girl was victim after she got off the bus on rouse avenue near Cleveland's Garden Valley neighborhood.
The victim, who managed to escape, told officers she was taken to an unknown location and assaulted. the teen also says she stabbed the suspect.
