Cleveland - A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by Cleveland police for 70-year-old Tyrone Reed.
Mr. Reed left his residence on Stokes Boulevard in Cleveland on August 2 on foot, and hasn't been seen since.
He's described as African-American, six feet one inch tall, weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Mr. Reed suffers from dementia and diabetes.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
