(Cleveland, OH) -- A new study finds red light cameras don't reduce crashes. Case Western Reserve University researchers say drivers brake harder and more abruptly at camera-enforced intersections, increasing the number of fender-benders. The study released yesterday used 12 years of red light camera-related crashes in Texas.
