(MEDINA) Ohio Magazine has named Medina as one of its 2018-2019 Best Hometowns for its strong sense of history, beautiful downtown and road-trip-worthy attractions.
"It's safe, welcoming; it's just a friendly place, like small town America," says Dennis Hapwell, Medina Mayor. "We welcome anybody to visit, to live here, to open a business here."
Medina was recognized as one of the five great places in the state to live, work and visit. This is the second time Medina has been honored in the last eight years and the 13th year Ohio Magazine has named the best hometowns. The city will be featured in the November, January and July issues of Ohio Magazine.
