(Oklahoma City, OK) -- A nearly 30-year-old cold case in Oklahoma has possible ties to Cleveland. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a hitchhiker killed in a semi crash in 1990 was apparently picked up at East 55th and Euclid Avenue. Investigators are working to create a DNA profile of Jane Doe, who was around 30-years-old with short black hair, brown eyes and an apparent C-section scar.
