(CLEVELAND) -- Beachwood native Roni Zemelman posted a picture on Facebook, claiming its at an Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles to make sure you don't smile on your driver's license picture. It's a shot of LeBron James in his new Lakers jersey.
Zemelman wrote on Facebook, “At the Ohio DMV, where it’s forbidden to smile for your license picture. They enforce this rule by making you look at the Lebron on Lakers picture…”
