Cleveland - Cleveland Police say four children who were abducted by their mother Saturday afternoon have been found safe.
Detective Reginald Lanton said in a statement that the children are being evaluated, and will be placed with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services.
An Amber Alert was issued Saturday afternoon, after 23-year-old Briana Harris allegedly took the children, of whom she does not have custody, from a home on East 193rd Street in Euclid.
The children range in age from 2-year-old twins to age seven, and one of the twins had a tracheotomy and requires oxygen.
Police have not said where or how the children were found.
They had located the family vehicle, but the family was not there.
A short time later, police announced that the children had been found safe.
No further details were released.
