MACEDONIA - Macedonia Mayor Joseph Migliorini has been charged with misdemeanor battery after a domestic incident in Florida.
Migliorini is accused of slapping a woman in the face and pulling her by the hair outside a restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens back in late April.
A bystander witnessed the incident, contacted authorities, and Migliorini was later arrested at a nearby marina.
On June 22nd, he was ordered to complete 12 hours of anger management courses, to have no contact with the woman and not have any firearms or weapons.
