(Newburgh Heights) -- A Newburgh Heights couple is facing felony charges, accused of leaving their dogs in deplorable conditions. Dion Harris and Jasmine Grays pleaded not guilty yesterday to animal cruelty charges under Goddard's Law. Police say the couple had two dogs chained in the basement and two locked in a hot attic without food or water.
