CLEVELAND - Police are investigating after a 6 month old baby died early Saturday morning.
According to police spokesman Det. Reginald Lanton, the baby was in full cardiac arrest when officers arrived around 3:30 a.m., on East 57th Street near Harvard Avenue.
The baby was transported to MetroHealth where she died. Lanton said the Homicide Unit responded per protocol.
So far, police have not released any additional information or say if any arrests have been made.
