(Cleveland) -- Three southern Ohio children are safe and their father is behind bars after an AMBER Alert. U.S. Marshals say Neil Perin was arrested last night on Cleveland's east side after a four-hour, statewide search. Perin is accused of taking his six-month-old, two-year-old and four-year-old kids from their mother in Athens County during a domestic dispute.
