(Columbus)  --  A bill named for a murdered Cleveland girl is closer to becoming law.  The "Alianna Alert" measure was passed yesterday by the Ohio Senate and now moves to the House.  The bill would require schools to call parents right away if their child doesn't show up for classes without an excuse.  It's named for Alianna DeFreeze, who was kidnapped and killed on her way to school last year.
