EUCLID - A mother and her boyfriend accused of killing a Euclid 4-year-old were in court Tuesday. They are officially charged with aggravated murder and bond was set at $1 million dollars each. Charges against Sierra Day and Deonte Lewis were filed Tuesday morning after 4-year-old Aniya Day was admitted to Euclid hospital, where she died Sunday. A cause of death has not been determined. The girls father was in court Tuesday. He was in a custody battle with Sierra Day before the child's death.
