(Westerville, OH) -- One of Ohio's largest state parks will be named for Jesse Owens. Governor John Kasich [[ KAY-sick ]] announced during last night's State of the State address that a new, nearly 60-thousand acre park will be named to honor the Cleveland native and Olympic gold medalist. The park will be built on land once owned by an electric utility in four southeast Ohio counties.
