(Cleveland) - A Cleveland Police officer finds himself in some legal hot water. The Chief's Office says Police Sgt. Robert Strollo was arrested Monday on charges he tried to pick up a prostitute. Strollo is 47 years old and has been with the department since 1998. He was out on medical leave at the time of the arrest. Sgt. Strollo was most recently assigned to Cleveland's First District.
