(Columbus)  --  A bill named for Cleveland murder victim Alianna DeFreeze is coming up for a vote in the Ohio Senate.  The Senate Education Committee approved the "Alianna's Alert" bill yesterday.  Supporters say the bill would require schools to call parents right away if their child isn't in class.  Alianna's parents weren't called by her school until late in the day last year, long after she had been kidnapped from her bus stop and killed.
