The Browns have the available salary cap space, as well as their draft picks during the 2018 off-season to do an extreme makeover to their roster with the right moves. On January 19th we mapped out a plan for the Browns to turn their team around in the off-season. In the past month or so there has been changes in the landscape of the draft and free agency. Namely, the biggest was the trade of Alex Smith to the Redskins--our original number one move. So here is are revised and revamped proposal. We'll term it 2.0.
