(Cleveland)  --  It feels more like spring than late winter across northeast Ohio.  The National Weather Service says a high temperature near 75 degrees is in the forecast today, which would shatter the current record of 69 degrees set in 1930.  Temperatures will turn colder tomorrow with a chance of sleet, freezing rain and snow by Thursday.
