(Cleveland) -- Cleveland-area hospitals are on alert amid concerns that a Cleveland police officer's wife is running a fake pregnancy scam. The Cleveland Clinic warned maternity wards yesterday about Dawn Marie Brown, who has been claiming she's pregnant and suffering from terminal cancer. Officials say they're concerned Brown may try to take a baby. Her husband, Ken Brown, abruptly retired from the police department this week amid an internal investigation.
