Cavs Trade Isaiah Thomas & Channing Frye To Lakers

(Cleveland) – The Cavaliers have made a big move, just hours before the NBA trade deadline.

It all started with ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reporting that the Cavs will be sending Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye, and the Cavs’ first-round draft pick to the Los Angeles Lakers for Jordan Clarkson, and Larry Nance Jr.

The Cavs will also be barred from trading the Brooklyn Nets pick they own until after the draft.

Then, Wojnarowski reported that the Utah Jazz traded Rodney Hood to the Cavs, Utah will send Joe Johnson to Sacramento, and the Cavs will send Jae Crowder and Derek Rose to Utah.  The Kings will send George Hill to the Cavs.

And, in a separate deal, the Cavs sent Iman Shumpert to the Kings.

Finally, Dwyane Wade has been dealt to the Miami Heat in exchange for a second-round protected draft pick.
