(Cleveland) - U.S. Marshals helped capture a man, Thursday, wanted for multiple robberies in Willoughby. Marshals began to chase the suspect at I-90 and MLK Drive in Cleveland around 10:30 a.m. The chase ended when the minivan the suspect had been driving crashed into a guard rail outside a home on Idarose Avenue on Cleveland's east side.
Police told WTAM's Ken Robinson that the suspect was wanted for multiple robberies in Willougby, and was taken into custody by U.S. Marhsals and then transferred over to Willoughby police. His name has not been released. It's also unknown if anyone was injured in the crash.
