CLEVELAND, OH - Frank Jackson will soon begin an unprecedented fourth term as Cleveland Mayor.
Challenger City Councilman Zack Reed conceded the election around 11 p.m. Tuesday night thanking his supporters.
At last check, Jackson led 61% to Reed's 39% with about 65% of precincts reporting.
In his speech, Jackson, a democrat, thanked his advocates and the residents for their support.
