(Cleveland) - Right behind the Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame a groundbreaking ceremony was held today for the new $12-million Harbor Verandas project.
It's the first mixed use residential development on Cleveland's North Coast Harbor. Developer Richard Pace says financing for the 3 story project is still being finalized, but it's sure to move forward quickly.
The complex is being constructed on land that was once used as a skateboarding park, and will host luxury apartments, offices, and retail shops.
A two bedroom apartment with its stunning views of Lake Erie and downtown is expected to rent for about $3700 a month.
