One Arrest In Drive By Shooting Of 4 Year Old

CLEVELAND - Cleveland police say one man is in custody, and they have named another suspect in Monday's drive by shooting of a 4 year old boy. The boy's mother says she honked her horn to pass a blocking vehicle in the area of West 28th and Division. The driver of that vehicle followed her onto the freeway near Dead Mans Curve and shots were fired striking the boy in the head. Wednesday, 20 year old Jonathan Smith was arrested in connection with the shooting, and police are still looking for 21 year old Leon Edwards. The boy underwent surgery at UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, and is in stable condition.
