(Cleveland) – A Cleveland man has been found guilty of murder in the death of a toddler, who was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting on the East side in 2015.
Donnell Lindsey was found guilty of the murder of three-year-old Major Howard, along with counts of felonious assault and attempted murder.
Cleveland Police say Lindsey fired a gun at a car at East 113th and Union Avenue. Major Howard was hit in the chest by gunfire and later died. A woman in the car was shot and wounded.
Lindsey then fled Cleveland, and was found months later in the Atlanta area.
