(Cleveland) - A divorce lawyer who represented murder victim Aliza Sherman will spend 180 days in jail. Gregory Moore was sentenced today in Cuyahoga County Court. He will also serve 36 hours of community control and 150 hours of community service for lying to Cleveland police. Moore must also undergo a mental health test.
The defendant pleaded guilty earlier this month to falsification and inducing panic charges for making three phone calls claiming there was a bomb inside the Cuyahoga County Courthouse. He is also accused of lying to Cleveland police about his whereabouts at the time of Sherman's murder outside his offices four years ago.
