Person Of Interest Arrested In Akron House fire

(Akron) - The Akron fire which killed five children and two adults remains under investigation but police now have a person of interest in custody in connection with the deadly blaze on Fultz Street early yesterday.  

The estranged husband of victim Angela Boggs was taken into custody last night in Portage County.  

Patrick Boggs served twelve years in prison for dousing his then-wife with kerosene and threatening to set her on fire in 2001.  

The fire that killed Angela Boggs, Dennis Huggins and their five children has not yet been ruled an arson.   Patrick Boggs has not been charged.
