(Cleveland) - Today is primary election day in Ohio. Many communities have primaries for races such as mayors and city councils, while many voters will see school district and city tax issues on the ballot.
Some communities will not have an election today, either because there are no local tax issues for them to vote on, or their city or village primary won't be until later in the year.
In Cuyahoga County, only 19 municipalities are having elections today; most are having no election at all.
As of 9:00 a.m. in Cuyahoga County, there was a 9% turnout at the polls.
