(Cleveland) - An overnight search has ended for five-year-old Rihanna Todd, who went missing Sunday afternoon from her home on East 142nd Street, north of Kinsman Road. About 7:45 a.m. Monday, Rihanna and her babysitter were found.
Rihanna and babysitter Barbara Whitlow were just a few houses away.
Rihanna's mother, Leana Todd, told police that when she came back home from work Sunday evening, the girl was gone. Rihanna had last been seen with Whitlow, and was riding her bicycle outside the house.
Cleveland Police have taken away Whitlow in handcuffs, but have not said what she may be charged with.
